The Company also has a website viz. www.lichousing.com. The quarterly, half-yearly, annual financial results as well as shareholding pattern and Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company are posted o­n the Company's website for the information of its shareholders.

The audited financial results are published in leading newspapers namely, Economic Times (all India editions) and Maharashtra Times, Mumbai.

The audited financial statements viz., Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Cash flow statement including schedules and notes thereon, press releases and presentations made to the Institutional Investors or Analysts are posted o­n the Company's website.  All material information about the Company including quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial results, limited review reports, shareholding pattern are promptly sent through facsimile to the Stock Exchanges where the Company's shares are listed.   Further, the Shareholding Pattern and Corporate Governance for quarter ended 30^th September, 2011 are also hosted on NSE Electronic Application Processing System (NEAPS).  

Besides, the Company disseminates information through press meets and analysts' meets.
